[IDEA - TOTAL CONVERSION] Black-Com - Party in the CIA

So, the idea is simple. A parody-style game (think Evil Genius). Pretty standard X-Com setup with no meaningful air combat. You're the defender of Democracy, you work as a black-ops division of the CIA, and your job is to go to places around the world and defend the aforementioned Democracy. You kill partisans, rebels, pirates, bandits and assorted scum, sometimes also you're overthrowing some goverments, liberating countries nobody ever heard about, staging coups, inciting unrest etc.
Alternatively this can be spun as some sort of Evil Mastermind X-Com, all is the same only the story is different.

This is based on the Alternate Soldiers idea.

Basically, you get to recruit several types of soldiers, each with their own stat min/max/caps and outfit/armor. Most of their outfits are available for free, but some will require research that unlocks purchase.

Ideas for Soldiers:
- Mercenary
Good all-rounder stats, superb combat armor or sniper camo outfits, average bravery. Has researcheable Land Warrior armor (very very expensive). Expensive to recruit.

- Jihadist
Poor stats, poor bravery, no armor but has an alternate outfit choice with Hashid belts - massive boost to bravery, some to speed, but major vulnerability to most damage, and, naturally, violently explodes when killed. Cheap to recruit.

- Assassin
Great speed, good bravery, the basic outfit is just a business suit which gives bonus to reactions (people are dumbfounded when they see you). Can also wear casual outfit which gives nothing. Has researcheable armor - Leather Catsuit - which gives her even more speed and Reactions. Expensive.

- Slavic Bear
Great strength and health, slow, good bravery, pretty cheap, no armor or light armor choices, no armor spawns vodka bottle in one of his hands, vodka heals, can be dropped, picked up and used by anyone, after battle it disappears. Average-priced.

- Guerrilla
Same as Mercenary but overall much worse stats, she can wear some of their armor as buyable upgrades, cheap.

- Jungle Jo
Same as Guerrilla, but has great strength and speed. He pays for it with mediocre accuracy and little advancement potential. Cheap to recruit.

- Han Solo
Has psionics Tech skill. Hence can use all sorts of weapons and gizmos (eg. Mind Probe) that are only available for him. Weak, squishy, fast, great melee and bravery, decent armor, good advancement potential. Expensive. Dependant on gizmos more than anyone else.

Some other loose ideas:

- Workshops used for custom-made uniqe equips (Q style), most researchable tech is outsourced and simply unlocked in the store (Capitalism ho!). Manufacture for profit is possible (mostly loot-based, but also sustainable - drug manufacturing).

- Terror Mission aka Incite Unrest: go to a city where a govt is quelling violent unrest, kill as many as possible, civilians are prime targets since you get double score. Some missions are easier as the local cops will carry mostly stun weapons.

- No crash landings, but interceptions possible - either blow them away or follow to their destination and landing.

You can set the aerial part by having only the SR-71 available as a recon craft and no base radars. It has a limited range and can be used to detect targets.

Man, now I want them to do a remake of evil genius where you can actually play the missions Xcom-style.

Really interesting idea, but crash landings still may exist, on the other hand also 2 stages mission may fit well, but mostly custom mission added should be the main feature, eg. free hostages, assault outposts, ecc. ::P :P
