Plasma Shotguns on psi weak guys (didn't care about psi str while testing races)
Plasma Sniper Rifle
Heavy Plasmas

If you play Solarius's mod and reach Cydonia....I wont spoil but a fully capable psi squad (about 15 guys with 70+ psi strength) wont go through it probably, with vanilla psi mechanics.

Meh if you refer to the Piratez I solved that way too easy by the time it appeared. Then I Might have been lucky
