No energy renewal

In my current game and last mission I've come across a weird occurance which is carrying into the next mission. My troop "Orla Duffy" does not get any energy back on her next turn, of course I can edit the save file but once she's out of energy again the same problem starts. In testing this out the problem carries into the next mission for her. Has anyone else come across this? I came across something similar in my last playthrough but that involved a UAV's time units not renewing.

Just that particular soldier and she's on or below the weight limit.

for whatever reason, her initial stats were all 0.
something went bad in a mod.

Thanks Warboy, I edited the initial stats back up and on testing she regains energy, will let u know if there's any further probs but that seems to have fixed it. Who knows what or with the no of mods I've on which mod caused the incident. I'm trying my best to limit the no of mods I use @ once. I did run a game with 131 mods once so that had probs galore.

Well SIMON i had a soldier which was stationed on another base but he was dropping in on Mission of the other everytime i reloaded a savegame with that team.
Was kinda spokey, because he was wounded once and still showed up for duty

In the end i had to manually edit the ID of two soldiers (the one who got replaced and the one showing up) because they had the same...
