Interface Backgrounds and Button Colors

What palette does the interface backgrounds use on the main menu? Is it possible to change the palette to another one?

Also, is there a way to change the button colors in the main menu/geoscape/basecape?

Might not be in the right thread here but when I read the above re:buttons I thought I wud ask a question. Was wondering how to change the order of the ufopedia buttons so they r alphabetical from top to bottom, I'm using commendations so xcom craft, craft armnament & hwps r all under 1 button with commendations entries. See pic.

You can't reorder them alphabetically even in theory. Because there are dozens of alphabets. And iirc Ivandogovich already discussed that in one of their threads.

Ta 4 the quick reply, guess I'll just have to have them in that order. Besides I'm in the middle of doing a rul file to reorder the entries in each section alphabetically, will take a while as I've 35 mods on in my current game.

Palette file is from assets.
Background palette must be in the rulesets somwhere, as buttons colors.
