Warboy's GL is a fun weapon, though he himself admitted it wasn't balanced - more of an experiment. The thing is, the grenades are comparable to rockets, but they're small and light so you can take many of them (plus they're cheap). and the weapon itself is way to accurate.

So, some nerf is necessary.
