Modifing score points, is there a way

To be more clear, what is on https://www.ufopaedia.org/index.php?title=Scoring page is mostly what id like to change some of.

Iv looked through the rule sets and im impressed so far with whats customizable. Are there any known editors out there that can do this or will OpenXcom have more access to this sometime in the future ?

Most of what's listed on the Scoring page can be costumizable. The only things that can't be changed through a ruleset are this, IIRC:
* UFO flyovers and landings
* Civilians killed by XCOM
* Alien Base penalty
* Alien Base destroyed
* Terror Site ignored
* Evaluation criteria
