Are TFTD drawingRoutine(s) available?

I noticed on one of Falko's sprite tools that he included TFTD drawingRoutines.

Can they already be used by OpenXcom?
There's this alien I want to make and the Hallucinoid drawingRoutine would be the one best suited for it.

yes they can be used
please make mods with it so they are tested by more people

FYI: the aliens still need the ufo battlescape palette
also since 1.0 there were dome bugfixes so it could be possible it is not perfect with 1.0
