Taken corpses stay on the ground?

The corpses both alien and soldiers stay on the ground when i put them in my inventory. I can take the corpses with my other soldiers too.

I'm using the openxcom_git_master_2014_05_30_0629.zip

Thank you but unfortunately i uninstalled the game after seeing the same bug in openxcom_git_master_2014_06_01_1538 version. I better wait for the 1.0 version, if this bug is still there i'll report it.

perhaps you don't understand how development works....
if we can't isolate and fix the bug in the nightly, it won't be fixed in 1.0
i can't reproduce this on my end, can you describe how to reproduce this issue?

Ok, i'm installing it with the lastest nightly build again. I'm using the steam version by the way.

Ok, done. I saved after killing the alien and put it in my inventory. I put the same alien corpse to my three soldiers' inventory but after ending the turn, two of them got killed. Corpse is still on the ground. Adding the save file below.

Did you mean the corpses being duplicated? or it something else?

I tried picking corpses then put in both my hand and my backpack several times it works fine, no anomaly. Then im turned on all the standard mod and do the same thing again, it still works fine.

Yeah, corpses were duplicating.

I uninstalled the steam version, deleted game folders bıth in steam and documents, dowloaded the dos version(illegal) and installed the latest nighlty build and it seems working fine now. I don't know what's wrong with my steam version but it got bugged and i guess the issue is only my side.

also i don't think it counts as an illegal download if you actually own the product (ie: on steam) so don't feel bad

I remember two different articles about this, in the same IT-related magazine, separated by a few months, written by two different lawyers... One said you can do it, the other said you can't. So they don't really know themselves.

Since you legally brought the game, using another executable to access the same data for personal use is not something that I would call illegal.
