It's kind of odd seeing someone look at the site without having gotten there thru openxcom.org but aside from the "dated" comment he seemed to understand that if you were familiar with the game the mods were for they would make sense.
... but of course he picked one without a link to it's discussion in the forum :/
As for the download link that chases you, in general it's an annoying thing for websites to do, but this is one of the least obtrusive examples of it that I've come across.
