Why instead of the sniper rifle https://www.openxcom.com/mod/sniper-rifle opens a laser sniper rifle https://www.openxcom.com/mod/laser-sniper-rifle ?

The openxcom mod website is not working. I have asked other people to go onto it in completely different states and they can not get it working.

I am not sure if i am doing it just wrong or this function was never implemented or is mailfunctioning.

I added a couple of pictures to my mod info, then i changed some stuff and uploaded new pictures to replace older ones, which worked. But the deletion of the old pictures did not seem to work whatsoever.

Also could we have a dedicaded Changelog Section in the Mod description to have better overview and possibilty to inform users?

It's a persistent problem, it's been there since the very beginning.

I haven't checked myself, but I heard it only appears on Firefox - it's worth a try to check with Opera or Chrome.

Same problem with Firefox, Opera and Chrome.  Man, that really sucks.  So the only way to currently change the images is to delete your mod and start again apparently.  I'm amazed this problem has been around and has not been addressed, that's a pretty major issue for anyone intending to actually update their mod.

When you click to go to the "Shotgun" mod:  https://www.openxcom.com/mod/shotgun, It brings up "Plasma Shotgun" (https://www.openxcom.com/mod/plasma-shotgun), but displays the url: https://www.openxcom.com/mod/shotgun.  It looks like the url got overwritten somehow.  If you read the description to Plasma Shotgun, it links to "Warboy's Shotgun" mod at https://www.openxcom.com/mod/shotgun  which brings you back to Plasma Shotgun.

some mod url incorrectly overlap, when I tried add new mod having same beginning of name, old mode become unaccessible (page get redirect to new mod).

EDIT:  Warboy's Shotgun Mod is now linked through Dropbox so if you want to get at it now you can by clicking the link in my Plasma Shotgun Mod.

I may be wrong, but wouldn't it be enough to change the mod's name to something more distinctive?

Nope, tried that already, once the link is broken there's nothing you can do to fix it.
