About expend all remaining TUs Button

I have been wondering if we uses Expend all remaining TUs button does it count as TU training? Coz im not sure. If this true it could be easy exploit which is a big problem   ;)

"TU Training" has absolutely nothing to do with using TU, so the only way this button would train TU is if it was purposefully coded to do so.

It's for avoiding reaction fire. Might not want your rocket launcher guy to fire a rocket by reflex during a terror mission, say.

Just to simplify, soldiers TUs go up if they hit an alien, blow a grenade on an alien, react, psy-attack an alien, or go a turn without panicing while their moral is low. It doesn't matter how much stuff they do, they either get an increase or they don't, and the amount of TUs they get is a random number between 1 and 5. Same idea for the other secondary stats.
