It would be fun if a big, burly, extremely strong soldier type could be created who would go into the administrators office and hold the Chief Financial Officer against the wall by the throat, demanding increased salary, or else..!

Or those 'dirty dozen' ex convicts...  they'd be cheap, and probably have a high morale...  ideal for suicide missions.  And they probably wouldn't need pay too.  Hey, has anyone compared that fixed salary with real world pay rates?
