Enemies standing up

With recent code changes (last year or so), enemies get full turn of action immediately after standing up. Please bring it back to old behaviour.

1/ As far as I know, and as far as my tests show, enemies get full TUs when standing up on a new turn.
This was always so.
In OXCE 6.0 (in year 2019), it became configurable:

New OXCE v6.0 is up.

2019-10-13
 - Configurable TUs when waking up at the beginning of a new turn (global parameter 'tuRecoveryWakeUpNewTurn')


2/ When standing up during the turn (e.g. woken up by medikit), they don't get full TUs.
