GMGEO13 - help?

Hi, I have been returning to Xpiratez here and there for about 8ish years now. Lately I have been coming across certain song (I think it was added in later versions) and every time I think for myself "Damm what a banger, wish I would knew what song it is".

Its GMGEO13, in the past I have tried using several music recognization softwares, but they always come empty. So this time I will try it directly here, does anyone has idea what song it is or where is it from?

Yeah, it's a total banger!

The title is "New NRG", and it was posted somewhere on Newgrounds (although the Piratez version is somewhat altered). I can't remember who the author is, but maybe this will help you find the name.
