I just bought the X-COM: Complete Pack on steam which contains Enemy defense;
OpenXcom was recommended to me, but I had various problems: for starters it complained than xcom 1 did not contain an installation (but the installed correctly identified the steam folder on D:\Steam\steamapps\common\XCom UFO Defense ) I proceeded anyway, which did not work, and i had empty folders in openXcom/UFO, so I copied all my files from the steam install to various places. Starting it up now gives 'requested file not found: UFOGRAPH/SPICONS.DAT' and '[ERROR] UFOGRAPH/SPICONS.DAT not found'
Tips ?
SOLVED: UNINSTALL xcom from steam, uninstall openxcom + remove directories. Then cleanly install will fix.
