[FIXED] Soldier transformation screen ignores left-side of agents buttons

When selecting a soldier from the transformation screen, a large part of the soldier selection panel is unresponsive.

In the attached screenshot, clicking at that current position (or anywhere left there) has no effect - even though the highlighted name suggestions that it should work.

(I only noticed this because I was trying to select a soldier with a very short name. Clicking the name did nothing - because the entire name was in the dead-zone.)
