What are the requirements eg bravery stamina reactions ?

Where do my agents go when they're doing this?

How long does it take?

Lost a few Migs using rookies as pilots and didn't realise I had this option!

Love this mod so much but I tend to get attached to my agents and don't want them getting wasted lol!!

Reactions 50, Bravery 40, Sanity 50. Bonuses from other trainings (Bio-Enhancement, most likely) and commendations (Sanity is the big deal here) should count towards these.

I feel you.

Normally, X-Com soldiers are disposable, but here (and somewhat less so in Piratez; probably also in other commendation-based mods) they accumulate commendations plus take so long to do their training (not the gym, all the special ones like CPT) that losing one of the good lemmings really hurts.

I've got ufo's all over the usa at present so I can't land anywhere. Just noticed the combat pilot thing and now I have a fighting chance again!

One of my favorite solider mods is Olymianism.
Even if you only do 2 agents.

Spoiler:
They can see aliens/enemies through walls and fly without jetpacks
These dudes become the G.O.A.T. (and no, not the animal).

They need the PSI lab though.

How do you tell which soldiers have had CPT?  I've sent a few for training but can't remember which ones!

Ok Batgirl has just returned from CPT but no mention of it on here!?

I've started adding CPT to known trained pilots now by the way

My screenshot was a bit misleading, since vanilla CPT doesn't have an associated bonus since it never raises max stats. Probably should, if only to avoid this renaming business.
