I will use this thread to document my favorite OpenXcom mods:

This is my favorite mod so far it adds a skystriker aircraft with an extra door near the back/side, it's a must have:

Second favorite mod is, I especially love the BLASTER_MULTI_LAUNCHER =D Also a must have:

Third favorite I guess, once you have it can't go back:

Fourth, I love playing these terror maps in new battle, great for destruction and weapon testing purposes ! =D

Very nice mod to improve visuals, gives interesting cross hair, cool badges/ranks and icons improved, however this one is probably openxcom extended only:
