[Suggestion] Make it (even more) obvious when you have unassigned scientists

As the title says, maybe have the Research button on Geoscape a different color when there are unassigned scientists and projects to research?
I'm aware that there are numbers on top right showing free scientists and projects being worked on, but they're still easy to miss and not visible if using original 320x200 resolution.
Thanks for considering and for keeping this legendary game alive and better than ever.
