Is there a 32-bit version of X-Piratez?

So events have forced me away from my computer for a while, and left me using my tablet, which uses a 32-bit version of Windows 8.1, with which I have only a passing familiarity.  I've  been able to get both original and Open X-Gom running, but Pirate always gives me a "This app can't run on your PC" error, and from what I'm able to grasp, that's usually a bit issue.  Any advice?

There is a download for openxcom extended 32 bit here:

You could copy over the modfiles and see if it works.
