For those whom maybe interested. Here is a simple mod. It allows you to get a 50 Million dollar bank loan at the start of any campaign game or in any point in the game. You have to manufacture and then sell the gold.. to get 50 Million, and you pay 1 million interest every month.. till you pay it off.
