Billhook and kukri have a toMorale modifier. How does he influence in battle?

They do that percent of damage to morale.
Or, more accurately, they pass that percent of damage to a bravery based formula which decides how much morale loss.

could mitigate
Morale
loss from the
ToMorale:
variable.
This changes the way I've been thinking about that stat, could you please post the formula or a link to it?

It was discussed yesterday on the discord, here's the formula Dioxine posted: dmg = dmg*(110-BRA)%
where dmg equals the morale damage percent of the weapons damage.
