i need more info, like a saved game file.
also, was this save started in 0.9 and updated to a nightly at some point, if so, what point (in the game)?

I know that I was using several nightly versions during the campaign and it also was started with a nightly git. I also used the Improved nations mod fwiw. Oh and there were actually 5 bases, the first one was destroyed by my troops and during the lift-off the others were discovered.
Sorry, no savegame left, I started a new campaign.
