They can be purchased once the proper research is completed.

Attack helicopter Mil Mi-24 "Hind":

The top fandom is to have a Hind (Red Dawn) chasing a Huey near the South East Asia, with one of the pilots named, of course, John Rambo 

Maybe one day these maps can be integrated into the main mod.
