[Solved] Not removing wounded soldiers from training

Add soldiers to training if slot is available.

Why is this needed?
Soldier gets wounded in combat, is removed from training. When healed, automatically resumes training if slot is free.

Optional: notify me when soldiers have healed.

Soldier is not removed from training, unless you have specifically enabled that option (implemented as personal wish for dioxine).

Just keep the option turned off and the soldier will continue training after being healed.
