Recommended way to compile nightly files for mac?

There's like 6 different ways to compile the nightly files. Which way is the easiest, or the one that you prefer?

grrussel maintains a mac build here, probably the easiest way to obtain the nightly.

plus it's the one we promote on the nightly build page, which makes it the de-facto preferred method.

I know, but it dosen't seem to want to install, are you just supposed to run the OpenXcom Unix Executable after you input the correct files? Do you need TFTD even if you just want UFO Defense?
