some shaders not working is kinda... par for the course, sadly. it's a bit of a known issue that not all filters work in all environments, but if all else fails, there's always software rendering with SDL.
sfalexrog actually maintains an android port
over here, with proper touch support and stuff. you might wanna check that out, see how it compares.
