Tank Cannon with Autofire and Explosive Ammo

Well it is there, but noone really uses it.

To give it some usage, maybe give it Autofire (it's a machine cannon after all) and maybe HE ammo (Heavy Canon HE Rounds Style), shouldn't be to overpowered and would boost the usage of this bulky thing it think.
