Weird problem with levels shifting when I use the trackpad
« on: July 12, 2013, 05:51:11 am »
I'm playing on Linux (don't recall this problem when I was playing on Windows). I'm having the level shift unintentionally when I play on the trackpad. I don't have a clue why -- tried deleting the page up/page down controls (thinking maybe there was some trackpad gesture that was triggering them), but it didn't help.

Suggestions?

it might be some gesture triggering mousewheel behaviour

Yeah the mousewheel also triggers level shifting, currently there's no way to disable this in OpenXcom, though you can probably check your trackpad settings if it really bothers you.

There's no obvious synclient mousewheel feature. I think it must be the two-finger scrolling.

Never got triggered in Windows, but in Linux it bothers me greatly. I don't think I can turn off two-finger scrolling in general, though (too painful).
