The new advanced experience award screen is very useful. Currently the mouse can only be used for scrolling up/down and clicking OK. If it's easy to implement, I'd suggest being able to choose a soldier by mouse and by R-clicking the CTRL-SHIFT-E screen would close and the game would select and center on the soldier.
So, if you spot which soldier you want to try to gain more experience, you would not need to waste time trying to find him/her on the battlescape.
In this particular example screen I will note for example that "Vitor Rib" could still use a bit of improvement in BRV (among other things) and I would like to get to him quickly.
