"Purchase missing items" screen allows to bypass monthly purchase limits

Default amount to purchase does not check limits (bug). Hit "Purchase" button, get items.
If you reduce amount to purchase, you can't increase it back (correct).

Stumbled upon this bug playing Orion's Shadow with medkits. But it doesn't seem mod related.
