[Answered] Commendations from production vs. Pedia unlock

As per a report I received:

Normally, when your agents get new commendations, they are unlocked in the pedia.
But when you get a veteran with some already earned commendations, they are not.

This is about getting soldiers from manufacturing. If these soldiers have some commendations, they should be unlocked in the pedia (like they are when gained normally).
