[Bug] Using Psi without turning the soldier

in the original, the soldiers turn towards the alien before using psi
and it takes time to turn
in OXCE 7.12.0 soldiers can use Psi without rotating

This is OXC behavior.

Ask OXC devs, if you want this changed.
