[Bug] Survey Ship and Escort (TFTD)

Bug 1. Ships in the OXCE v7.12.0 are mixed up (see compare table below)
Bug 2. Wrong naming of Default mod "StrategyCore Swap Small USOs". Right naming is "StrategyCore TFTD USO Fix"
Bug 3. "StrategyCore Swap Small USOs" in the OXCE is not equal (original TFTD + "StrategyCore TFTD USO Fix"), so if you want this mod then it's title should be named like "OXCE swap" until it will be equal Zombie's TFTD USO Fix
4. Or it is better to add both 2 default mods: "1. StrategyCore TFTD USO Fix" , "2. swap USO" - so users can use both mods

Right ships (Survey Ship and Escort) are in the XcomUtil and in the "StrategyCore TFTD USO Fix"
Wrong ships (Survey Ship and Escort) are in OXCE and all others TFTD, see compare table below

This has NOTHING to do with OXCE!!

Either report it to OXC devs... or just frikkin let it go.

How this is "OXCE bug" if original have exacly same behavior? How it could be even be OXC bug? if you do not like OG behavior change it yourself.
