Best way to ask X-Piratez questions or chatting with Dioxine

Hi, I was just googling for Dioxine's Discored and found out it was shut down.

What's the best place to reach the guy or ask X-Piratez questions?

I'm especially interested in asking about how exactly the Infamy system works.
