Hello everyone! Im looking for some QoL mods, if anyone have some suggestions.

There are no QoL mods.
Mods only add content, not features.
Maybe you'd like to rephrase your question and/or give an example what you're looking for?

But there are QoL options in settings.
Most notable are:
Advanced controls: slightly alters menu in geoscape, battlescape and equipment screen to add many new buttons you can press. Most notable are "show pilot experience" and "change armor". Key shortcuts for this exists anyway, but now you don't have to memorize them.
Auto-equip new soldiers: better disable it.
Show message on soldier's death.
Disable intro when you are not starting a new game. And enable it when you are...
Some players enable showing founds new clocks in geoscape.
Another useful and obscure feature: F10 gives you a first person view. (Screenshot file in game save folder.) Now you can see how well aliens are hidden before shooting a rocket launcher.
