Glitched Mission Loadout & First Turn Crash

During mission load out I can only access one soldier. On the first turn the battlescape is black. If I try to activate my weapon the game crashes. If I skip my first turn everything will work as normal. Logs and save immediately before the mission attached.

PS. you might want to blame the hyper-and-trajectory mod but I experienced this bug once before I ever started using it.
