Since getting the updated version, I notice there's some things in Advanced Options that I can't change anymore. For instance I can't adjust explosion height up or down anymore. The option is still there, but it's purple and I can't change it. Any idea why that is?

This hasn't been changed in any recent version though - this has been the case as far back as i can remember playing the mod. You can change in the vars.rul iirc.

It's called fixedUserOptions: in the .rul files.

I haven't touched this since... ugh, I don't know. Probably counting in years.

And some options are locked to ensure that the mod works correctly. For example if you set explosions to flat, some maps will be broken.
