[DONE] Personal soldier equipment templates

In addition to the existing global equipment templates feature, a new feature was added to allow each soldier to have his/her own specific personal equipment template.
Each soldier can have only one.

S = save personal template
L = load personal template
P = view content of personal template

Hotkeys are configurable.
