BIO Enhancement for Hybrids

Hello,

I have a Hybrid Soldier and can´t BIo Enhance him although I think he meets all the necessary Stats. Is Bio Enhancement and the other Extra Training like Martial Arts and Implants disabled for Hybrids?

The Stats from the Solider are like this

would indeed be interesting to know.
don't have hybrids yet, but without the extra trainings they don't seem worth it much.
do they have worse aim or just worse strength than regular guys?

A little update:

After some Agent Trainig the Hybrid was able to do the Combat Pilot Training and I was able to install the TNI.

BIO Enhancement and Martial Arts Training is still not possible although the agent has the requested stats for it.

Is this a bug or working as intented? I cant find any entrys in Ufopedia that Hybrids cant do Martial Arts or Bio Enhancement

Perhaps you're counting bonuses from armour and the like? AFAIK commendations only look at basic stats.
