My Seductresses Lack Discipline

Love this mechanic but what on earth is this 'You lack discipline' all about? Much as I love the Arnie reference, what does it mean? I don't have enough morale?

Yeah. You need to cover the Morale cost upfront, and you can't go below 0 (same as with Stun, Health and Energy costs). The other messages are:
"You can't focus!" (using it would Stun you)
Not enough blood! (using it would kill you)
