why psionics doesnt work?

has been a while since i was in the forums, i took back my save game and tried psi, hasd lab psi amps, guys with like 90 psi strentgh and what desvastating attacks do they have at their disposal? : trow the psi amp....why?

All your soldiers have psionic skill = 0.
You need to wait until they get some skill in the psi training first... psionic strength alone is not enough to use psi amps.

how? no matter how many months they spend in the psi lab, their skill doesnt increase, improvement is +0 also their skill us stull 0 after a month it shoulndt be , it must be a bug
