When a mod where you can melee aliens with a weapon to stun them is active, you can take a rocket launcher, right click on an alien and the press the hit option on the weapon and it will stun them regardless of your position. It even works if the soldier dosent see the enemy.

Do you mean it is true in any case, any version of OXC, or do you have this problem with some specific mods and specific version of OXC ?
