just 2 screens from a heavily modded game... Not entirely sure why I post this, but I thought they are nice to look at

That's the alternative smoke mod combined with SABR opengl filtering
And yes, it really looks like hot air, especially when animated ingame.

some random ones. some of them are from outdated mods, some are just to show how clean some maps can look
The polar map was something... No access for my ground-only troops....

Nice screen to show the damage radius of the (unaltered) Blaster Bomb

While this map looks very easy, it was nightmare incarnated. I had 9(!) armored cyberdiscs and crack-shot armored sectoids all around the landin place/on rooftops behind windows. they shot me into pieces and i had to abort the mission.... without being able to embark one unit....
awesome

Just something funny. Had a mission with a shot-down terror-ship and it wouldn't end. so i had to comb the area and found this....

Here's a picture from basic OpenXcom. I had a ship full of rookies and landed right in front of a snakeman terror ship. I sat reaction firing for about 10 turns; the aliens just kept coming out.

Cool screenshots. I like looking at the weirdness one could find themselves in with all kinds of mods installed.

The 2x2 sized unit in small room bug stems from the original game. No mods involved.

Lol, that's actually a bug on Modified Farm terrain.
