Could you try to unactivate all other mods and just activate these three mods one by one, and tell us if you still meet any issue ?

I knew it as SOLDIER DIARIES, already I use it in my installation

ALDRON,

The only one that doesn't seem compatible with the latest nightly build is the commendations mod. In the newest version it crashes on launch. ( I had it installed right). In the previous version it crashes when you try to acess it from the memorial screen and changes the title screen to open x com.9 and does some wierd things in game like reverting the manufacture screen back to open xcom .9

I got the MIB and the THUNDERSTORM to work.

Ok, but Soldier Diaries mod asks to replace exe by new provided one, install some Dll, ...
I think you should either ask "Shoes" directly about its compliance, or wait for development team to integrate this development into future release
I think it is not really a "mod" as it needs executables to be adapted
