Sometimes reading this forum is a bit a of mess, with people posting both mod suggestions and core feature suggestions at the same time. A rules post with some tag suggestions could help tidy this place a bit. Works great on the Mods section, after all!

Nice idea, I dunno if my one to change how rulesets work is core or mod, it isn't a mod itself directly but will allow more powerful mods. What counts as a core feature?

What counts as a core feature?

Your intention. Do you want it to be part of the core, or do you want it to remain as a mod? There are some suggestions that automatically fall into the second category like different rulesets and such. But others depend on the poster's intentions.
