[Suggestion] Option to hide current month from the graphs

It's common knowledge that graphs can make certain aspects of the game trivial. Therefore, I suggest adding a new geoscape setting:

"Show current month in graphs"
with options:
- Always
- Except when Superhuman or Ironman (default)
- Never
