Hey fellow X-Commers! Need a lil' help with this pesky bug.

Yo X-Com fam!

Hate to be THAT person, but I've run into this super annoying glitch and was hoping one of you legends might've faced (and conquered) this beast before. Here's the deal:

The Problem:
Every time I try to launch a mission at night, my screen goes darker than the void of space, and I can't see a thing. It's like the aliens gave me a blindfold. 😎🌌

What I've tried:

Reinstalled the game.
Checked my graphic settings.
Tried praying to the RNG gods.
Mods I'm using:

Improved Laser Weapons
Better Base Layout
Sectoid's Summer Vacation (lol, don't judge)
Has anyone seen this before? Any clue what might be causing it? Also, if you've got any other mod recommendations, I'm all ears.

Thanks in advance, you beautiful humans! Stay safe and remember, trust no Sectoid!

Cheers,
Fabiano G.

If you are using OpenXcom Extended you may also want to check out the options setting found in 'Options -> Advanced -> Extended -> Auto Night Vision threshold"

Spoiler"Screenshot":

That may be what is causing night missions to always display in a different colour as it is switching on your night vision automatically whenever the light level is below its setting.
