Is there one anywhere?

I know the tech tree is in the extended menu but nothing appears on that for me, it's completely blank no matter what I type in.

Keep reading on here about tritanium ammo, promotions etc but don't know how to access them.

Is the best option to capture and interrogate as many as possible? What's the best way to capture without killing?
Knockout grenades is my latest thing but a bit ineffective

Would you mind posting a screenshot illustrating the issue? Because this sounds like eitheryour mod install is broken or you're doing something wrong. The tech tree viewer includes all possible research topics.
