Introduced `oxceMaxEquipmentLayoutTemplates` in options.cfg
Possible values: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50.
Default value 20.

Added hotkey 0 (zero) for the 10th template.

Repeating a hotkey loads equipment with a higher number, e.g.
- pressing 4 loads 4th equipment
- pressing 4 again, loads 14th equipment
- again, 24th equipment
- etc.
